There are so many ways to support your immune system during cold and flu season. But did you know that a great way to strengthen your immune system is to let your body have a cold? Yup. Although many tips to ward off illness are discussed in this class, understanding why the immune system is trying to erupt phlegm out of your face, is an important start!
